What You’ll Need:
- RN license in Missouri (active & in good standing)
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to get one
- A positive attitude and solid clinical skills
- Previous long-term care experience is a bonus, but not required
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff with kindness and confidence
- Administer meds, monitor resident care, and update charts like a pro
- Communicate with doctors, families, and your amazing team
- Stay on top of documentation, care plans, and shift reports
- Help create a calm, safe, and supportive space for residents and staff
