RN Day Shift $3,000 SOB! Job Summary: Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time Day Shift team in Riverside, MO. As a Registered Nurse with Pinnacle Point, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation settingComplete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventionsMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary teamDocument resident care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Coordinate admissions, transfers, and dischargesEnsure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulationsPromote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of lifeParticipate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse programCurrent Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingCurrent BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not requiredStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesPassion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care Why Join Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation?
