Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and ensure high standards of practice. Additionally, they coordinate patient care activities among staff to deliver quality services. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates are eligible. Hospital experience is preferred.Current Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure required.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Additional certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
