About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care.
- Analyze medical histories, diagnostic results, and current health status to develop individualized care plans.
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
