RN-CV Stepdown - Nights

Responsibilities

• Gather comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Analyze data to determine diagnoses and care needs
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to set outcomes
• Develop and implement personalized care plans using clinical judgment
• Promote patient safety and coordinate care delivery
• Evaluate progress and contribute to practice quality and evidence-based care
• Communicate effectively within the healthcare team

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN license in the relevant state
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications like ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC are preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Constant communication, standing, walking, frequent lifting, sitting, and vision use
• Occasional patient lifting and movement
• Driving as needed
