About the Role
A Critical Care RN position in the W.E.S.T. Float Pool, providing high-acuity care across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, individualized patient care using the full nursing process.
- Manage complex, high-acuity patients confidently and efficiently.
- Administer medications, infusions, and treatments safely and accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical patient condition changes.
- Partner with patients and families for education, advocacy, and empowerment.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license (compact or single state).
- BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Critical Care RN experience.
Skills

- Excellent communication skills.
