RN - Critical Care - Nights

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans, adjusting interventions to meet patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments, gather health data, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to cultural backgrounds and learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to professional development, and support clinical education.
• Assist with technical procedures, participate in performance improvement, and support evidence-based practices.
• Perform wound/ostomy/skin care rounds if skilled, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support patient transport and provide psychological support to foster compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Active Illinois RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of inpatient nursing experience; ICU, ER, or wound care experience preferred.
• Certifications in wound, ostomy, or related specialties are a plus.
