RN Coordinator - Kelsey Seybold Clinic: The Vintage
Primary Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational and professional standards. As a coordinator, he or she will provide team leadership to enhance the station or unit flow and functioning.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved RN nursing program
- Valid and current Texas RN license
- CURRENT BCLS through American Heart Association
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical area related to assigned department
- CRT experience
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- ACLS
- Specialty nursing certification, appropriate to specialty area assigned
- 2+ years of ambulatory care experience
- Supervisory experience
- Windows-based computer skills
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 to $63.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
