RN Clinical Research - PRN

About the Role

We are looking for Certified Mobile Research Nurses (CMRNs) to visit an adult population and perform mobile visits that include the following skills:

• Phlebotomy
• Peripheral blood draws
• IVs
• Subcutaneous injections
• Collecting vital signs
• ECG
• Urine samples
• Urine pregnancy tests
• Accurate and detailed patient record collection, including medical history and medication charting

PRN visits must be completed between Monday and Friday during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile visits for an adult population, including phlebotomy and other clinical tasks.
• Collect and document accurate patient records, medical history, and medication information.
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications and licenses.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two (2) years of experience in starting and performing phlebotomy, peripheral blood draws, IVs, and subcutaneous injections (last practice within 6 months preferred).
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensed driver with a good driving record, valid automobile insurance, and a well-maintained vehicle.
• Ability to speak additional languages.

Pay

Standard rate: $55.00 per hour, plus compensation for commute, mileage, training, and administrative tasks.
