RN Clinical Research - PRN

About the role

The Certified Mobile Research Nurse (CMRN) is a per diem/PRN position for EmVenio. As a CMRN, you'll set appointments, complete mobile visits for study participants, and work cooperatively with clinical team members to ensure accurate source documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments within the required visitation window
• Complete mobile visits for study participants
• Work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel
• Collect blood specimens and process them
• Start and perform Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections
• Collect vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and perform urine pregnancy tests
• Document medical history and medication charting accurately
• Provide detailed patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Ensure all visits are completed within standard business hours

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
• Maintain a current CPR certification
• Maintain a current TB Test

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
• Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
• Must have and maintain a current TB Test

Skills

• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay

$60.00 hourly plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay.

Schedule

Visits are to be completed M-W during standard business hours.
