Join the Transformation of 7 Bedtower: Now a Specialized Cardiology Unit at UNC Medical Center. This is a rare opportunity for experienced nurses who are passionate about cardiac care and want to play an active role in shaping a newly designed, high-impact clinical environment.

Unit Overview

• 20-bed unit with a mix of step-down and acute care beds
• Patient population includes: myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arrhythmia
• Care includes: pre and post cardiac catheterization & electrophysiology procedures (pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator placements, ablations)

Other Information

• Education Requirements: Graduation from a school of professional nursing
• Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina, Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
• Professional Experience Requirements: One (1) year of relevant and current experience required
