Job Summary and Qualifications
- Delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit.
- Makes sure nursing care is delivered according to established policies.
- Serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
What You Will Do in This Role
- Partners with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
- Aids in admission and discharge processes.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provides coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Aids in staff scheduling.
Qualifications You Will Need
- RN Acute Stepdown/PCU/Telemetry experience.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS(RN).
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
