Job Summary
This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible RNs. HCA Healthcare has committed up to $300 million in programs to support team members over three years.
Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Registered Nurse Diploma
- 2 years of experience required
What You Will Do
- Assists with admission and discharge processes
- Participates in the ongoing assessment of patient care services
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers
- Serves as a resource person for staff
- Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery
- Operationalizes current nursing strategies
- Interviews, selects, and trains new staff
- Recommends and implements courses of action related to personnel policy compliance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Aids in staff scheduling
- Manages staff labor in accordance with patient care needs
- Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment
