RN Clinical Manager – Memory Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and support our Memory Care team at Touchmark at Georgetown. This role involves providing clinical support, mentorship, and leadership to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Health Services Director to support Memory Care residents, families, and care team.
• Lead and guide the Memory Care team, assisting with resident care planning and decision-making.
• Serve as a trusted resource for families navigating the needs of their loved ones.
• Create a calm, supportive, and engaging environment for Memory Care residents.
• Maintain patience and tact when addressing resident needs, family concerns, and team member questions.

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, team members, and visitors.

Requirements

• A current RN license.
• Experience working with older adults in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• A strong interest in Memory Care, dementia care, and supporting residents with cognitive changes.
• The ability to lead with professionalism and care.
