RN Clinical Manager - Hospice

We are seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. Responsibilities Include Overseeing a multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, and spiritual care providers to ensure coordinated patient support.Guiding and developing staff while maintaining compliance with regulations, quality standards, and operational excellence.Partnering with field staff, physicians, and leadership to shape care delivery and drive continuous improvement.Leveraging innovative technologies like NestMed to streamline documentation and enhance patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Michigan.Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in hospice or home health.Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and understanding of healthcare regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.Reliable transportation with ability to travel within the service area. Preferred Skills And Qualifications Include Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and management experience.Knowledge of hospice philosophy, palliative care, and healthcare management principles.
