About the role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Monitor patient health and report changes to supervising nurse
- Manage medications as directed by the patient’s physician
- Perform light cleaning and organization tasks in the patient’s home
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Pass a drug test
Qualifications
- Experience in a caregiving or healthcare-related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
