About the role

We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Liaison to join our Tucson team and become a vital bridge between hospice services and the medical community.

Responsibilities

- Leverage clinical expertise and empathetic communication to educate hospitals, medical facilities, families, and potential patients about the exceptional hospice care provided. - Build trust and solid partnerships to help grow the hospice census. - Educate on hospice philosophy and patient-family education. - Drive within the Tucson territory regularly as part of outreach efforts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare. - Experience helping determine patient eligibility for hospice care. - Familiarity with hospice philosophy and patient-family education. - Previous success in outreach or community-based marketing roles.
