RN Clinical Lead Behavioral Health
About the role
Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure clinical objectives are met and high-quality patient care is delivered. Assess daily patient care needs, assign and direct nursing/support staff, and prioritize operations based on patient and physician demands. Oversee workflow, address patient care concerns, and ensure adequate resources, materials, and supplies for safe, efficient operations. Contribute to hiring, training, performance development, and evaluation of staff.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to hiring, training, performance development, and evaluation of staff.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
Preferences
- A minimum of 1 year of Charge Nurse or Lead Role experience required.
- Inpatient acute behavioral health experience required.

Pay
Salary Range: $45.30 - $63.95 per hour
