Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
EMR: Cerner
About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-week outpatient Primary Care assignment in Minot, ND. The RN will provide direct patient care, support providers during clinic visits, coordinate care, and assist with daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and provide direct nursing care.
- Assist with clinic procedures and treatments.
- Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate care with providers and clinic staff.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
- Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and lab packaging.
- Submit prior authorizations for medications and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
Requirements
- Active North Dakota RN License or Compact RN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Outpatient, primary care, or clinic experience preferred.
Additional Information
- No call.
- Family Practice assignments may require occasional travel to clinics in Velva or Mohall, ND.
