We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Overview: Registered Nurse, Urology Specialists of East Tennessee Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for Experienced RNs May require travel to Alcoa office Covenant Medical Group - Covenant Medical Group Overview (description) - Position Summary - Responsibilities (list) - Qualifications (Minimum Education, Minimum Experience, Licensure Requirement) We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (or "Position Summary")? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate headings. We have: Position Summary (prose). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Also we have details: Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift, $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for Experienced RNs, May require travel to Alcoa office. That's schedule/pay/benefits info. The posting states schedule: Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift. Pay: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus (maybe not base pay). Benefits: maybe sign-on bonus considered benefit? Could treat as Benefits section. However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule and sign-on bonus. So we can include Schedule and Benefits sections. Pay maybe not explicit base salary; only sign-on bonus. Could still include Pay? Might be considered pay info but not base salary. Safer to include Schedule and Benefits, maybe not Pay. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: Covenant Medical Group Overview is descriptive but not boilerplate; it's about the organization. Should we keep? It's substantive info about employer. Could be included under "About the role" or maybe separate "About Covenant Medical Group". But headings limited to given list; we could put it under "About the role". Or we could create a section "About the role" containing position summary and employer overview. Better: Use "About the role" for position summary and employer overview. Then "Responsibilities" for duties list. Then "Qualifications" for education/experience/license. Then "Schedule" for full time, 80 hours per pay period, day shift. Then "Benefits" for $10,000 sign-on bonus and maybe travel requirement? Travel requirement maybe not benefit; could be note in About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Registered Nurse. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    About the role

Registered Nurse, Urology Specialists of East Tennessee. Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift. May require travel to Alcoa office. Covenant Medical Group is the employed and managed medical practice organization of Covenant Health, providing comprehensive care across East Tennessee. With more than 300 physicians and advanced practice providers in 20 communities, our team delivers expertise across a broad spectrum of specialties from primary care and walk-in clinics to preventive medicine and advanced surgical and subspecialty services. We are committed to offering coordinated, patient-centered care that spans the continuum of health needs, ensuring access to exceptional providers close to home.

Then Position Summary? Actually we included position summary? The position summary text: "Provides professional nursing care within an outpatient clinic setting and coordinates care planning with other disciplines as appropriate." Could be part of About the role or separate. Might be better to have separate "Position Summary" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role. Alternatively, we could have "About the role" containing employer overview, and then a separate

for Position Summary before Responsibilities. But we need to use headings for sections; we can have multiple

elements outside headings? Probably okay. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It doesn't forbid having prose outside headings. But better to keep everything under headings. Thus we could have:

      About the role

Registered Nurse, Urology Specialists of East Tennessee. Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift. May require travel to Alcoa office.

Covenant Medical Group is the employed and managed medical practice organization of Covenant Health, providing comprehensive care across East Tennessee. We are committed to offering coordinated, patient-centered care that spans the continuum of health needs, ensuring access to exceptional providers close to home.

Position Summary: Provides professional nursing care within an outpatient clinic setting and coordinates care planning with other disciplines as appropriate.

Then Responsibilities heading with ul list. Then Qualifications heading with ul list (maybe split into Education, Experience, Licensure). Could combine. Then Schedule heading with p: Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift. Then Benefits heading with p: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for Experienced RNs. We must not include filler like "not specified". Education: "Minimum Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority." That's somewhat vague but it's actual content. We can include it. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include that education statement. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience. Licensure Requirement: Must have a valid Tennessee RN license. CPR, OSHA training annually. We could format as list items. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: The Covenant Medical Group Overview we kept; it's not boilerplate. No EEO etc. Now output HTML. Let's craft:

Check if any duplication: We included schedule also in About the role; but we also have separate Schedule section. Might be duplicate. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It's okay to have schedule both in About the role and Schedule section? Might be considered duplication but not prohibited. However we could avoid duplication by moving schedule details to Schedule section only, and remove from About the role. But About the role currently includes schedule line; we could keep it brief without schedule. Let's adjust: In About the role we can keep just role and location and employer overview, not schedule
