A Day in the Life of an RN Clinic Coordinator
The RN-Clinic Coordinator operates within a multifaceted healthcare team, including clinicians, LPNs, and CMAs, focusing on delivering comprehensive patient-centered healthcare. Core responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient assessments
- Administering medications and vaccines
- Performing ordered tests and procedures
- Thorough documentation to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient histories
- Significant direct patient interaction for education and procedural preparations
- Coordination with other healthcare professionals for effective patient flow and management of schedules
- Handling prescription refills and managing chronic disease protocols

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 4 months of hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Minnnesota RN license
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Preferred:
- Prior clinic nursing experience
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
