About the role
The RN Charge Nurse leads patient care processes, mentors staff, and coordinates unit operations in Med/Surg and ICU settings.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate safe patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Support risk management
- Promote staff education and policy adherence
- Direct patient care
- Conduct safety assessments
- Lead activities including rounding, safety huddles, and staff orientation
Requirements
- 36 hours per week - Third Shift: 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM
- Every Third Weekend
- Valid RN License in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
- ACLS and PALS Certifications Required within 6 Months of Hire

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
