About the role

As a RN Metro Float Pool Cath Lab/IR across Immanuel, Lakeside, Bergan Mercy and Mercy (Council Bluffs) facilities, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery while presenting a positive attitude and being reliable. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and meticulously implement patient care plans, collaborating seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate (ongoing process that can end at any stage)
• Assessment: collect and analyze psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Planning: set measurable short- and long-term goals per standards of care in collaboration with the patient and multidisciplinary team
• Implementation: implement/modify the plan using assessment data, clinical reasoning, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including care coordination, education, and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 5 months of hire
• Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Preferred: 12‑18 months of experience

Pay

Pay range: $36.00 – $52.20 per hour
