About the role

The RN Case Manager, Workers Compensation is responsible for coordinating medical care and managing claims for injured team members, ensuring a safe and timely return to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments via in-person, telephonic, or video visits
• Collaborate with providers
• Develop individualized return-to-work plans
• Communicate regularly with insurance carriers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to facilitate case resolution
• Monitor treatment compliance
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies and regulations
• Build relationships across the organization
• Stay informed of relevant regulations and best practices
• Support safety and wellness initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science
• Active RN licensure
• BLS certification
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
