The RN Case Manager, Workers Compensation provides care coordination and case management for injured team members, focusing on facilitating their safe return to work.

Responsibilities

• Assessing medical progress via in-person, telephonic, or video visits
• Communicating with carriers, providers, and legal teams
• Developing individualized return-to-work plans in collaboration with relevant departments
• Monitoring treatment compliance
• Maintaining detailed case records
• Ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Building relationships and staying informed on regulations
• Supporting organizational safety and wellness initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science
• Current RN licensure in Illinois
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• BLS certification
