Responsibilities

• Provide prospective clients with a warm and helpful introduction to Tribute.
• Manage the setup and day-to-day delivery of services for a caseload of clients.
• Communicate promptly, thoroughly, and proactively with all parties involved in each client's care.
• Provide back-up clinical support and support other Tribute markets as needed.

This position is primarily remote and requires occasional travel to the Baltimore area approximately every 6–8 weeks, as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current Maryland RN license
• At least two years of nursing experience
• Prior case management experience, preferably in elder care
• Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Collaborative spirit
