Job Description Registered Nurse – Case Management, Outpatient Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK | Potential Opportunity Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Outpatient RN Case Manager to join the healthcare team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Use your clinical knowledge and care coordination skills to help military patients navigate their healthcare needs. Position Highlights Full-time opportunity Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits PTO and sick leave Position Requirements U.S. Citizenship Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN) Current BLS certification Key Responsibilities Coordinate outpatient treatment plans and specialty referrals Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with providers and community resources Educate patients and coordinate ongoing care Join a mission-driven team dedicated to supporting our military community!
