Job Description & Requirements RN Case Manager StartDate: 10/12/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00 POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager POSITION DUTIES DCP MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS HI License; 2-3 years acute care inpatient experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser Experience LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM; every other weekend SYSTEMS Epic and MCG START DATE 10/12/26 Facility Location As the commercial hub of the tropical Hawaiian island of Maui, Wailuku offers access to the very best of Hawaii’s legendary beaches and outdoor adventures.
