RN Care Manager/Project Evaluator

About the role

The role is available in multiple locations including Trenton, NJ, Hamilton, NJ, Burlington, NJ, and Ewing, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care plans and coordinate services across various departments.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Assist in administrative tasks and support team operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in NJ.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or related healthcare field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse certification preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
