RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room, Nights

Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. The nurse maintains practice standards and coordinates patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services. Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic nursing care, adhere to organizational policies, and supervise care activities of team members to maintain high standards of practice. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Work Experience: No experience required; new graduates eligible. Hospital experience and PRN experience preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate license, BCLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications such as ACLS or PALS as applicable. Additional Requirements: For surgical services, additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or BLS within specified timeframes may be needed.
