RN - Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, maintain practice standards, and coordinate patient care activities among staff to ensure quality care. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates are eligible. Prior hospital experience and one year of hospital work are preferred.Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license and BCLS certification are mandatory.Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specialty-specific credentials may be required based on unit.
