About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Cardiac Telemetry to provide patient care using the nursing process and Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. This role involves coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring professional accountability. You will evaluate care effectiveness, maintain standards aligned with our mission and values, and perform duties in a patient-focused manner.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure
• BLS certification

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Hospital experience
• Additional certifications
• BSN degree
• Specialty or prior clinical experience

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing
• Mobility to perform nursing duties
