About the role
Full-time night shift Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Cardiac Telemetry unit of a fast-paced hospital. The unit has 35 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, caring for patients with conditions such as STEMI, CHF, arrhythmias, hypertension, stroke, and post-cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Administer treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on cardiac health
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
