Responsibilities
- Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, administer medications, and document care thoroughly.
- Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions and treatment plans, ensuring understanding.
Qualifications
- RN license with Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year.
Skills
