We need to extract sections:
- Overview: includes description of unit, schedule, sign-on bonus, etc. Could be "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have overview text: "Piedmont Eastside, Part Time Days Sign on bonus Available up to $2,500 Schedule is 2 x 12 hour shifts per week, some weekends This 18-bed cardiac unit specializes..." This includes schedule and sign-on bonus. We could put schedule info under Schedule section, sign-on bonus maybe under Benefits or Pay? Sign on bonus is a benefit/compensation. The instruction: include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. So we have schedule stated: "Schedule is 2 x 12 hour shifts per week, some weekends". So we should have a Schedule section with that content.
Sign on bonus up to $2,500: that's compensation/benefit. Could go under Benefits (maybe as part of total rewards) or Pay. Since it's a bonus, could be under Benefits or Pay. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine sign-on bonus into Benefits section (since Benefits includes total rewards). Also there is a "Total Rewards that work for you:" list later, which includes many benefits. So we can have Benefits section with that list.
Pay: Not explicitly stated besides sign-on bonus. No base pay mentioned. So we should not create a Pay section unless posting actually states it. It does not state base pay, so omit Pay.
Schedule: we have schedule statement.
Responsibilities: we have a big block.
Qualifications: we have Education, Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications.
Skills: The responsibilities block includes "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Leadership Skills Effective Communication Skills Initiative Independent Judgment Ability to handle stressful environments". That could be Skills section.
Requirements: Might be similar to Qualifications? The instruction includes Requirements as a possible heading. We could put Qualifications under Requirements? But we have both Qualifications and Requirements headings available. Usually Requirements includes education, experience, licenses. Qualifications maybe similar. To avoid duplication, we could use Requirements for education, experience, licenses; and Skills for knowledge, skills, abilities. Or we could combine. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine education/experience/licenses into a Requirements section, and skills into Skills section. Also we have a Benefits section from total rewards.
We also have an overview description that could be "About the role". That seems appropriate.
Thus sections:
- About the role (overview)
- Responsibilities
- Requirements (education, experience, licenses)
- Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities)
- Benefits (total rewards list + sign-on bonus)
- Schedule
We should not include Pay.
Now we need to format each section with heading and then content: either
for prose,
- for lists. We must preserve ALL substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. We need to extract list items for responsibilities: they are enumerated 1-9 plus a preceding paragraph about RESPONSIBLE FOR. Also there is a KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES list after responsibilities. We'll treat that as Skills. We need to extract requirements list: Education, Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications. Each may have sub-items. We need to extract benefits list: "Total Rewards that work for you:" then a series of items separated by line breaks? The text: "Competitive and equitable compensation for all rolesTotal Wellness programs for you and your familyWellness Coaching App - 24/7 Live CoachingPhysician and Nursing Peer CoachingFinancial Wellness Planning and EducationBroad Employee Assistance Program services PTO your wayCombined PTO days for greater flexibility100% paid Maternity Leave (requires return to work)Employer Paid Military LeaveOpportunity for PTO cash-inCelebrate Diversity - Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Paid Holiday BenefitsChoice of Medical/Prescription Drug PlansDental and VisionAdoption Assistance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for Healthcare and Dependent Day CareHealth Reimbursement AccountFully paid long term disabilityBasic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment" It seems like a run-on list without punctuation. We need to split into sensible items. We can infer each benefit separated by capital letters? Let's try to parse: - Competitive and equitable compensation for all roles - Total Wellness programs for you and your family - Wellness Coaching App - 24/7 Live Coaching - Physician and Nursing Peer Coaching - Financial Wellness Planning and Education - Broad Employee Assistance Program services - PTO your way - Combined PTO days for greater flexibility - 100% paid Maternity Leave (requires return to work) - Employer Paid Military Leave - Opportunity for PTO cash-in - Celebrate Diversity - Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Paid Holiday Benefits - Choice of Medical/Prescription Drug Plans - Dental and Vision - Adoption Assistance - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for Healthcare and Dependent Day Care - Health Reimbursement Account - Fully paid long term disability - Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment We need to preserve all substantive information; we can list each as
- . Ensure we don't miss any.
Also sign-on bonus up to $2,500: we can add as a benefit item: "Sign-on bonus available up to $2,500". It appears in overview.
Now schedule: "Schedule is 2 x 12 hour shifts per week, some weekends". We'll put that as a
. Now About the role: The overview paragraph includes description of unit, patient population, etc. We'll put that as prose. Now Responsibilities: We have a paragraph before the numbered list: "RESPONSIBLE FOR: The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care." Then "ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:" then numbered list 1-9. After that there is "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Leadership Skills Effective Communication Skills Initiative Independent Judgment Ability to handle stressful environments". That we will treat as Skills. Thus Responsibilities section should include the RES
