About the role
Night shift, full‑time iFlex RN Float Pool position at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley in Yukon, OK.
Responsibilities
- Work in a float pool unit and fulfill short‑term assignments in hospital units/departments as a Staff Registered Nurse, managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process.
- Be flexible and willing to accept assignments in various departments at any facility within the designated float pool area.
- Manage delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessments/re‑assessments, developing plan of care, implementing appropriate interventions, evaluating interventions.
- Supervise and coordinate licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
- Understand and agree to follow the iFlex RN Float Pool guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years (2 years LPN or Paramedic experience counts as 1 year RN).
- Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from an eNLC member state.
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Any additional certifications or competencies required by the specific service line.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
- Current Oklahoma State Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for operating INTEGRIS‑owned or personal vehicles.

Pay
Base rate: $50 per hour.
