• You have a proven record of dedicated employment?
• You have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance?

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Conduct service calls, in-home assessments, and supervisory visits to ensure top-notch care.
• Case Management: Monitor care plans, review caregiver logs, and maintain accurate records in our system.
• Caregiver Support: Onboard new caregivers, provide guidance during visits, and offer RN supervision when needed.
