RN - Bilingual Spanish/English ($48/hr)

About the Role

You’ll help launch and support a culturally respectful program built specifically for the Latino community, working with seniors who truly benefit from consistency, trust, and compassionate care. This is meaningful clinical work in a supportive, team-based environment (not a revolving-door floor nursing role).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day nursing oversight, health monitoring, and clinical support for adult day health participants
• Communicate clearly with participants and families in Spanish (and collaborate with English-speaking internal teams)
• Document accurately and on time in the EMR (Home Care GPS) and maintain compliant clinical records
• Support seniors with memory loss and cognitive challenges with patience and professionalism
• Partner closely with program staff and assist with onboarding/training as needed
• Maintain compliance with DPH regulations and center policies

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts)
• Professional Spanish fluency (able to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking participants/families)
• Experience supporting seniors (adult day health, assisted living, long-term care, home care, etc.)
• Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
• Strong documentation habits and ability to manage time in a structured clinical day

This site is open to hiring newly licensed RNs and RNs with any amount of experience.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• One Saturday/month, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

$48/hour
