About the Role

This is a nursing role where you can build real relationships, work a consistent weekday schedule, and make an everyday impact in the Latino community. The role involves supporting a brand-new Latino adult day health center serving seniors, including many with memory loss. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing organization with a great reputation at their new center in West Roxbury.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Plus one Saturday per month (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day nursing oversight, health monitoring, and clinical support for adult day health participants
  • Communicate clearly with participants and families in Spanish (and collaborate with English-speaking internal teams)
  • Document accurately and on time in the EMR (Home Care GPS) and maintain compliant clinical records
  • Support seniors with memory loss and cognitive challenges with patience and professionalism
  • Partner closely with program staff and assist with onboarding/training as needed
  • Maintain compliance with DPH regulations and center policies

Credentials

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts)
  • This site is open to hiring newly licensed RNs and RNs with any amount of experience

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Spanish fluency (able to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking participants/families)
  • Experience supporting seniors (adult day health, assisted living, long-term care, home care, etc.)
  • Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong documentation habits and ability to manage time in a structured clinical day
