Responsibilities

• Ensures a safe, respectful, and clean environment
• Demonstrates leadership, mentoring, and role modeling
• Coordinates and delegates care
• Upholds patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality
• Uses evidence-based practices and technology to enhance comfort and alleviate pain and anxiety

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Florida RN license and BLS/CPR certification
• Experience is preferred but not required; 2-5 years of RN experience is desirable
