About the role

The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Care Director with coordination of assessments and service plans.
• Ensure care is delivered with the highest quality.
• Assist with compliance of all state and federal guidelines.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) staff under the direction of the Resident Care Director.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of the facility.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity (preferred).
• Experience with geriatric care.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

$42.00 - $47.00 hourly
