About the role

As a Staff Nurse (RN) at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health, you will be a key player in our patient care team. Your role will involve prescribing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members. You will follow the nursing process and the standards of care and practices to ensure patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with health team members.
• Follow the nursing process and adhere to standards of care and practices.
• Work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain respectful and professional interactions with all patients and team members.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive/renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
