The Village at Gleannloch Farms offers a rewarding opportunity to work with older adults, providing care, companionship, and support in a growing senior services field.

About the role

This overnight position provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises Certified Nursing Assistants. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor resident health, and ensure high-quality nursing care in line with physician orders and established standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promote an independent lifestyle.
• Identify medical and behavioral changes in residents, develop and monitor care plans, and conduct reassessments.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Clinical Services on community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs.
• Deliver nursing care according to physician’s orders and recognized nursing practices.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services, coordinating care with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in the State of Texas or a compact state (required).
• Willingness to be available for community emergencies.
• Warm, friendly, and caring demeanor with strong communication skills for residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Pay

Starting at $35–$40 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
