About the role

The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a Five Star, Joint Commission, American Healthcare Association Bronze and Silver Medal Award-winning facility with a deficiency-free survey history, offering short-term rehab, long-term, and skilled nursing care. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Registered Nurses (RN) PRN to join our nursing department.

Responsibilities

• Assess the healthcare needs of residents, make nursing diagnoses, and collaborate with the nursing team to develop an interdisciplinary plan of care utilizing all available resources.
• Communicate the care plan effectively to all care providers to ensure continuity of care for residents.
• Establish and maintain functional communication with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff, and the community.
• Assess the effects of medications and treatments, monitor these effects, and provide appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers to ensure residents receive individualized care.
• Lead and direct nursing staff in the safe and effective delivery of care by providing structure.
• Educate residents regarding their healthcare issues and care plan strategies.
• Apply knowledge of resident rights, treating residents, staff, and the community with respect and dignity.
• Treat resident and facility property and information with honesty, confidentiality, and respect.

Pay

RN Per Diem rate is $47.00 per hour with the following shift differentials:

• Weekday shift differential: Evening & Night $5.00
• Weekend shift differential range: $5.50–$7.00 (based on shift)
