Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high‑quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support. This role serves as a clinical leader and resource for nursing staff while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination.
• Conduct rounds and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Support infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• Long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Schedule

Full‑Time (32 or 40 hrs) – Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
