Direct Patient Care
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care
- Maintain records and documentation according to nursing standards and protocols
- Monitor resident progress
- Achieve optimal outcomes through care plans
- Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Pay, Benefits, and Schedule
- Pay Range: $43.41–$52.45 per hour
- Shift Differentials: +$1 Day | +$2.50 NOC | +$4 Weekend
- Employer-Paid Health Insurance: $1,650 per month
- Total Annual Healthcare Coverage: $19,800
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Varies based on tenure
- Schedule Options: Day, Night, Weekend shifts available
