Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high quality care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring effectiveness and outcomes
- Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection control practices
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with a care team
- Caregiving approach with a commitment to excellence in resident care
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required
