RN

Registered Nurse (RN) position in Clio, MI, providing pediatric and/or adult care in patients’ homes.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $38 – $42 per hour

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and services.
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from the prescriber as patient status changes.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and established goals.
• Intervene in response to changes in patient/client condition and report to the appropriate physician or supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document the effectiveness of interventions.
• Review the plan of care and program protocols to identify needs for healthcare teaching, education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice.
• Current health certificate as required by facility, contract, or state regulation.
• Current PPD test or chest X‑ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.
