About the Role

We are looking for fantastic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a Long-Term Care setting. Your success contributes directly to the facility’s clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing (RN) program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required for all SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during your supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to all staff within the facility regarding the quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care when required, including administering medications and treatments according to facility policy.
• Demonstrate ability to receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders, if allowed by the Nurse Practice Act.
• Effectively manage nursing personnel on shift to limit the use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Assess the work performance of nursing staff as it relates to unit standards of care and goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings on each shift and provide updates to the Director of Nursing (DON).
