About the role
Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd (LHGS) is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Maintain continuity and quality of care
- Support residents in achieving their highest possible level of function
Requirements
- Hold a North Dakota RN License
Sign-On Incentives
- $15,000 for Full-Time
- $7,500 for Part-Time
- (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract)
Shift Differentials
- Weekend hours
- Hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Additional pay for extra shift pickup

Pay
Hourly Wage: $32.67–$39.82 (depending on experience)
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
